Traditional Christmas Crackers.

The introduction of crepe paper crackers goes back to the 1890’s with foil embellishments making their appearance in the early 1930’s. Our modern take on this classic crepe paper and foil combination (that saw its zenith in the 1950’s) makes, we feel, for the ultimate in cracker nostalgia. They are entirely handmade and each cracker is finished with a rare and genuine cracker scrap, dating from the 1920’s through to the late 1950’s.

If these crackers look familiar, we did make the crackers for BBC2’s highly successful ‘Victorian Bakers’ which seems to go out every Christmas.

All Luxury Christmas Crackers are handmade in the UK.

Please note that because the embellishments are genuinely old and are difficult to source, they may vary from the photographs shown here. However, the quality will remain high.
